ABOUT ME:
I started my career in this industry 13 years ago as the Operations Administrator for a successful construction company and Remodelers Advantage (RA) Roundtables member. After developing the systems and processes that provided a foundation for the company to grow, I decided to take what I had learned to help other remodelers who are in the same position we once were. I learned construction bookkeeping and the RA Way from the member side of things, which means I have real world experience in how remodeling companies actually function on the ground and I understand well the issues experienced by field crews and admin staff that can make consistency in data entry a challenge.

I can evaluate your financial processes and develop a system that moves you closer to your goals. I know how to find the best path to accurate and reliable WIP and P&L numbers, and I can teach you how to maintain a clean set of books & reports using RA-level standards and best practices.

MY APPROACH:
There is no system for financials that works the same for every remodeler out there. Every company has a different set of resources, tools, skills, and data that they have access to. I believe it's important to evaluate each remodeler's financial processes holistically and to work towards a phased-in solution that makes the most sense for the company. I base that solution on how your company truly operates and what your actual goals and limitations are. In other words, I don't try to get everyone I work with to use the same timekeeping app or invoicing process. What I do is look at the system you have and what you want it to do for you, then figure out how to accomplish that in the least disruptive way possible.
